Junior Golf Fitness Power Camp
Train in small groups of 5 or less to prepare for the upcoming golf season. Better strenngth, posture, endurance and Power! You will be motivated to improve using the latest equipment and techniques used on the PGA and LPGA tour. Twice per week, for 6 weeks starting November 4th. Second session starts January 7th, 2009.

Golf Vacation Training
Get in shape for your vacation so you play pain-free, injury-free golf!
This 3 week program won't get you ready for the tour, but you will improve core strength, flexibility and balance with exercises that provide strength and simulate the golf swing.

Junior Golfer Training
Get the edge over your competition with this proven program whether your goal is just 10 yards more with your driver, or a full-ride college scholarship to play NCAA Division I Golf. All of our clients have received a college scholarship for golf, enough said.
