VO2 Metabolic Profile: determines fitness levels, resting metabolic rate, heart rate zones, energy system training plan.

Isokinetic Strength/Power: determines strength, endurance and power levels for major muscle groups and identifies specific muscles that need additional training for an optimal profile

Flexibility Screen: measurement of shoulder, arm, low-back, trunk, hip and leg flexibility to determine where your flexibility program should focus for greatest gains

Dynamic Balance: measure you ability to stay in balance against the top golfers in the world so you can implement the necessary trianing methods.

Posture Screen: good golf starts with good posture, and your training should improve, not hurt your posture.

Hands-on exercise session, (90 minutes), where you will learn the most beneficial exercises you can add to your program.
